Five phases. Swiss timing. No surprises.

Phase 1 — Confidential assessment (days 1-7)

A first conversation under NDA. We understand the family structure, aggregate patrimony, countries of exposure and the real motivations for the transfer. No documents required at this stage. Output: a two-page feasibility note, in English or Italian, with the three or four critical points to clarify before proceeding.

Phase 2 — Feasibility and quote (weeks 2-4)

Sanctions pre-screening, forfait simulation, informal soundings with one or two cantons and one or two compatible banks. Output: final budget (our fees, third-party fees, expected taxes, set-up costs) and detailed timeline. Only at this point is the mandate signed.

Phase 3 — Execution (months 1-3)

Negotiation of the tax ruling, filing of the permit application, real estate search via selected agencies, source-of-wealth file preparation. Written update every two weeks, always from the same point of contact.

Phase 4 — Banking and operational onboarding (months 2-4)

Account opening, asset transfer, utilities, municipal registration, health insurance, school enrolment. We coordinate remote signing where possible, in-person meetings in Lugano where unavoidable.

Phase 5 — Integration (months 4-12)

The part most intermediaries overlook. We support you through the first months of Ticino life: family physician, clubs, mobility, schools, household staff where relevant. Without this phase, even a technically perfect transfer can fail on a human level.

What we do NOT do

We do not promise outcomes, do not guarantee accounts, do not sell real estate ourselves, do not receive retrocessions from banks or agencies. If a route makes no sense for you, we say so in Phase 1 and part on cordial terms.
